Can ALAS coexist with another software already in use?
Yes, ALAS can be displayed at any stage of the supply chain, performing the functionalities that current system is missing and managing this information to unify traceability.

A work environment can be created starting from scratch?
ALAS Will adapt to the needs, an unique environment Will be deployed with the required functionalities, gathering all the flows in one single tool.

Is it mandatory to use the ALAS app to be part of the network?
No, it is not mandatory, we work under two different models, Bridge, through which the transport companies use their own software to manage the operations, ALAS will take care of connecting client-provider. And the standard model, ALAS make available the software suite that will allow to organize any step of the supply chain. (warehouse, first/middle mile, linehaul – air, sea, ground or even last mile).

I am a last mile provider with own software. Which benefits contributes by joining the network?
If you integrate into the ALAS network, the e-tailers Will have Access to your services with no need to do an end to end direct integration, ALAS Will manage the data Exchange between both systems.

As retailer, Will i have acces to the active transport companies?
Sure,with just one integration you Will have granted Access to the whole network.

I am a retailer, how can i get the provider labels?
ALAS Will make posible that the retailers read your native barcode, it is not necessary to generate new labels, avoiding duplicities on the warehouse and reducing latencies between servers.

How can i use ALAS technology?
In ALAS we have two main environments, the website, managed from a PC or mobile versión, and the app environment, which is managed in Android devices (smartphone or PDA) and IOS.

Is it necessary to acquire all the functionalities available in ALAS?
No, it´s not necessary, we Will adapt and Will make available the tools you need to manage the operations.

What type of support Will be available?
A team of specialists Will help to deploy the technology you are going to need according to your current operations. At all times they will accompany for the start up and providing valuable advice. Also, a 24hrs support team will be available to solve any incidence that may arise.
